Honest Handyman LLC is a growing premium handyman and bathroom remodeling company serving Washington County and the Portland metro area. We are looking for a skilled, customer-focused technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and professional service.

This is not just a labor position. We are looking for someone who can communicate professionally with homeowners, build trust, identify additional project needs, and help close opportunities in the field.

Pay:
• $28–$35/hour depending on experience
• Performance bonus opportunities
• Higher pay available for technicians using their own vehicle

Requirements:
• 3+ years of residential handyman or remodeling experience
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Professional-grade hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to confidently speak with homeowners and recommend solutions

Preferred Skills:
• Drywall repair and texture matching
• Trim carpentry
• Bathroom repairs and remodeling
• LVP/LVT flooring
• Painting and finish work
• Light plumbing fixture replacement
• Light electrical fixture installation

Responsibilities:
• Complete residential handyman and repair tasks efficiently and professionally
• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout projects
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Take before, during, and after photos of work completed
• Identify additional customer needs and recommend solutions
• Represent Honest Handyman LLC professionally at all times
