Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Restore Wellness, you will work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center. Our collaborative team comprises skilled healthcare professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life environment that supports your personal and professional aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans aimed at optimizing mobility and functionality.
• Session management will include maintaining a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring you deliver personalized and focused care.
• Implement evidence-based interventions that include a variety of therapeutic techniques to enhance range of motion and improve overall mobility.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and ways to manage pain effectively, while minimizing the dependence on medications.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to help them achieve their personal health goals.
• Document and monitor patient progress accurately in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, reflecting treatment outcomes and adjustments needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Restore Wellness, our patient population primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, as well as those managing chronic pain conditions. You will work closely with diverse age groups and backgrounds, allowing you to apply your skills in a variety of contexts and truly make a difference in their lives.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; however, candidates with a Master's or Doctoral degree (MPT or DPT) are preferred.
• Current and valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• No disciplinary actions or board violations on your professional record.
• Strong competency in manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and wellness program design.
• Experience with EMR software such as WebPT is preferred for seamless documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is strongly recommended.
• Demonstrated ability to implement innovative and cost-effective therapy practices that optimize patient outcomes.
• Experience in creating customized fitness programs aligned with individual patient goals.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that supports your financial, health, and work-life balance goals. Our benefits include:
