Homestead Title is looking for a friendly, organized, detail-oriented Reception and Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls and responding to general inquiries
• Managing and reconciling office calendars to ensure accurate scheduling
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate delivery services
• Assisting our title and closing team with administrative functions
• Creating and preparing slideshows for our closings
We are looking for motivated individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Attributes include:
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
• Experience in title, real estate, or a related field is a plus but not required
