Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Physical Therapist at Revive, you will take on a diverse array of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Evaluating patient conditions and developing personalized treatment plans that address individual needs and promote optimal recovery.
• Utilizing clinical systems to efficiently document treatment progress, ensure appropriate coding, and manage patient records.
• Communicating transparently with referral sources, employers, and payer groups to foster relationships that enhance patient access to care.
• Driving improvements in patient satisfaction metrics through ongoing communication and patient engagement strategies.
• Adhering to all regulatory requirements outlined in the Florida State Practice Act and ensuring compliance with quality assurance guidelines.
• Managing clinical outcomes effectively and addressing complex cases by collaborating with fellow therapists.
• Ensuring clinical workflows support optimal patient referral processing and scheduling to minimize wait times and maximize care delivery.
• Executing therapy plans with a strong emphasis on early intervention and immediate patient evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize logic in problem-solving scenarios.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
