Job Summary
As a successful Lead Van Technician, you should have excellent troubleshooting skills, plenty of field experience, and the ability to adapt to a changing work schedule. A top-level Lead Van Technician efficiently manages all service callouts, providing high-quality service and maintenance for any job size. You will drive our company-owned truck to the job sites and complete our unique solutions to home maintenance for our clients.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches.
  • Meet with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing.
  • Ensure the client signs the Terms and Conditions before work begins.
  • Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures.
  • Install and test new equipment.
  • Provide preventive equipment maintenance.
  • Provide technical training on new equipment installations.
  • Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle.
  • Complete job reports.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve.
  • Good communication and training skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work with heavy equipment.
