At HomePivot, we’re building a collaborative, growth-focused company for agents who want to continue scaling their business in an environment that feels supportive, energized, and forward-thinking.
We’re a boutique brokerage based in Walnut Creek serving the East Bay, South Bay and North Bay Areas.
Our agents operate independently while still working together as a team, sharing ideas, strategies, opportunities, and support without the corporate pressure and unnecessary fees many larger brokerages have become known for.
We’re looking for experienced agents who are motivated, relationship-driven, and ready to plug into a company with real momentum.

Our culture is built around collaboration, not competition within the office. Agents regularly share ideas, marketing strategies, vendor resources, and support to help everyone grow.
We consistently invest in lead generation, marketing, social media advertising, and listing opportunities to help agents create additional business and expand their pipeline.
