HomeFX is currently looking to add a Backup Real Estate Photographer to our growing team serving Destin, Miramar Beach, and surrounding areas, with occasional opportunities extending.

For more than 10 years, HomeFX has been one of the most trusted real estate media companies in Florida — trusted to photograph everything from some of the most expensive homes ever sold at the beach to the hidden diamonds in the rough that simply need to look their best for their next chapter.

This is a flexible position best suited for someone who has availability throughout the week, enjoys working independently, presents themselves professionally, and may be interested in slowly growing into a busier role over time as opportunities increase.

No guaranteed number of shoots initially, as this role is designed to help support overflow scheduling and team coverage needs. However, for the right person, there is potential for long-term growth.

Equipment can be provided if needed.

Compensation is skill-based and depends on the scope of work requested on each order. No stop pays less than $55, and many appointments only require a short amount of time on-site when handled efficiently and professionally.

Most standard photo appointments can typically be completed in under 30 minutes when efficiency is prioritized. Additional services such as aerial photography, video, twilight sessions, floor plans, or 3D scanning increase both the time on-site and compensation earned per stop.

We are looking for someone who:

• Understands the importance of customer service and client experience

• Maintains a professional appearance and attitude

• Is confident taking control of a property shoot while remaining flexible to client needs

• Works efficiently and values time management

• Is dependable, communicative, and detail-oriented

Our scheduling system can sync directly with your personal calendar, allowing shoots to work around your existing obligations as long as your availability stays updated.

Most coverage falls within roughly a 1.5-hour radius.
