Job description

Start date: August 21st, 2026

Location: Delray Beach, FL

Compensation: $30 per hour,

Schedule:

Guaranteed: 40 hours per week

  • Schedule: Monday–Saturday

  • Hours: 9am-12pm and 2pm - 5:30pm

  • Wednesday: 9am -1:30pm

  • One evening per week 6:30pm to 9:30pm

Overview

A family in Delray Beach is seeking a dedicated, full-time live-out nanny for a long-term position. The family is expecting a newborn in August 2026, with care beginning in September.

The mother is hands-on, so the ideal candidate is a strong team player who can work collaboratively while also confidently taking the lead when needed.

Benefits:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, nurturing care for a newborn, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and establishing sleep routines

  • Monitor the newborn’s health and developmental milestones

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment (bottles, nursery, newborn laundry)

  • Support parents with newborn-related routines and care

Qualifications

  • Prior newborn care experience required

  • Fluent Spanish required

  • Knowledge of child development and milestones

  • Warm, reliable, and team-oriented

  • Valid driver’s license (car provided)

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Ability to provide 3–5 professional references

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Passport required and open to travel

Additional Details

  • No pets

  • Cleaner 3x per week

  • Doula support expected during the first month

  • Family travels several times per year
