We are hiring for our June 15th and June 22nd free training classes!

We are one of Florida's highest-volume real estate investment operations in Florida. Period. We buy distressed and pre-foreclosure properties better than any other company.

Our phones ring all day with people that have property problems. We are looking for absolute beasts. We are looking for closers. We have a proven training program that will get you from no knowledge to monster in weeks. Top performers have the opportunity to earn significant income through our robust commission structure.

If you can’t handle pressure, rejection, or high call volume, this is not for you. If you thrive on it, you will make a lot of money here.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:· Take inbound calls from distressed property owners

• Build rapport fast and control the conversation
• Convert leads into signed contracts
• Work a high-volume pipeline daily

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

· Inbound leads (no prospecting)

• Proven training + middle and backend staff so all you need to do is close
• Consistent deal flow (phones ring nonstop)
• High earning potential ($100K–$200K+). If you are ok with making less do not apply. We only know how to win and you will too.

COMPENSATION:· Base/Fronted Commissions From Day ONE + Commission  Based. Unlimited upside based on performance. There is NO CAP. Our Top Performing Closer made $288,000 last year and just last month made $47,000 in commission
