Antelope Valley Real Estate/Home Rescue United is looking for an organized, motivated, and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Office Admin / Loan Operations & Property Coordinator. This is a diverse role for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, solving problems, and wearing multiple hats throughout the day.

You'll play an important role in supporting our office operations, assisting clients with loan applications, coordinating rental properties, communicating with homeowners, tenants, and investors, and ensuring our daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Office Administration

• Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized, efficient workplace.
• Assist with scheduling, correspondence, filing, and administrative support.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate office needs.
• Support management with daily operations and special projects.

Loan Operations

• Assist clients with completing residential loan applications.
• Collect and verify required documentation.
• Review applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor loan files through processing and closing.
• Communicate with clients throughout the loan process.
• Maintain confidential financial information.
• Document preparation

Property Management & Leasing

• Coordinate rental property activities.
• Communicate with prospective tenants regarding available properties.
• Schedule and conduct property showings.
• Answer questions regarding rental requirements and application procedures.
• Assist with tenant communications and follow-up.
• Coordinate with property owners and vendors as needed.

Client Relations

• Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners, tenants, investors and clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
• Resolve questions and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Billing & Reporting

• Prepare invoices and assist with billing coordination.
• Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections.
• Generate reports for management.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Assist with audits and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous office administration or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in real estate, lending, escrow, property management, or leasing is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a must.

Compensation & Benefits
