Home Careolina is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in a flexible, part-time role. This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys working independently, values flexibility, and has an interest in care management, staff development, and helping older adults remain safe and independent at home.
Position SummaryThe RN will provide clinical oversight and support for home care clients, conduct nursing assessments, assist with care planning, provide caregiver education and training, and collaborate with families and community partners.
ResponsibilitiesCurrent North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience preferred
Home care, case management, geriatric, rehabilitation, or community health experience preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Lake Norman and Charlotte area
Preferred QualificationsInterest in aging life care, care management, or care coordination
Experience training or mentoring staff
Knowledge of senior care resources and community-based services
Experience working with older adults and their families
Compensation$35.00 – $40.00 per hour
Compensation based on experience and qualifications
ScheduleFlexible, part-time hours
