About the Role

Home Care Recharged is looking for a dependable, highly organized HR, Compliance & Administrative Coordinator to support our growing home care agency.

This is more than a basic administrative position. We need someone who can take ownership of HR and compliance responsibilities, stay ahead of deadlines, follow issues through completion, support payroll administration, and work closely with the Administrator on important office priorities and projects.

The ideal candidate is someone we can increasingly trust to handle responsibilities independently—not someone who needs to be reminded what comes next.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage caregiver hiring, onboarding, background screening and personnel documentation.
• Maintain employee files, credentials, expirations, training and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate orientation, competency and caregiver in-service requirements.
• Support employee counseling, attendance, performance documentation and HR follow-up.
• Maintain ongoing AHCA/accreditation readiness and assist with internal compliance audits.
• Assist with payroll preparation, timekeeping issues, approved rate entry and payroll discrepancies.
• Maintain administrative records, forms, deadlines and office documentation.
• Work directly with the Administrator on priorities, confidential matters and special projects.
• Follow assignments and open issues through completion and proactively identify items requiring management attention.
• Collaborate with the Care Coordinator while maintaining clear ownership of HR, compliance and administrative responsibilities.
• Participate in On-call schedule and other tasks as deemed necessary by the administrator

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in HR, healthcare administration, compliance, payroll administration or office management is preferred. Home care, home health, senior care or other healthcare experience is a plus.

Experience with employee onboarding, personnel files, background screening, payroll/timekeeping, AHCA requirements, EVV or healthcare compliance is especially valuable.
