Job description

Location: West Chester, PAPay Rate: $18.00+/hourSchedule: Full-Time; Monday through Friday, 1:00pm - 9:00pm, Saturday, 8:00am - 4:00pmProgram: Mental Health Program

What You'll Do
  • Provide person-centered services in accordance with Recovery Model principles and program standards.

  • Assist residents with life skills development, including budgeting, self-care, medication management, and community living skills.

  • Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention when needed.

  • Develop and implement individualized service plans.

  • Connect residents with community resources and support services.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with treatment teams, providers, and supports to promote positive outcomes.

What We're Looking For
  • Associate's Degree with 1 year of experience in a human service-related field
  • Clearances: Criminal Clearance and Fingerprint-based federal criminal history; Valid Driver's License.
