Skills andResponsibilities:
This role involves running accounts and client campaigns:
- Oversee 4-6 accounts, anddive indeepin bothstrategyandexecution, to ensure the deliverables are streamlined and exceed client expectations.
- Manage direct report(s) while coaching and mentoring junior team members, providing feedback,actionable steps, and setting goalsto support careeradvancementat Hoffman.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through strategic council,providingrecommendations, andsettingexpectations for program execution and results.
- Drive strategy for media pitching,maintaina network of media contacts, drive signature story pitches, and host media briefings with senior spokespersons.
- Contributeto RFPs and pitch decks andparticipate in new business presentations
- Advocate for Hoffman's service offerings, providing education on Hoffman's capabilities to enhance client impact and business growth.
- Develop and execute media strategy,maintaina network of media contacts, drive signature story pitches, and host media briefings with senior spokespersons.
- Review key content pieces (such as pressreleasesQ&A documents, bylines), and drive development of key messages and PR plans forclients
- Oversee and review all reporting efforts, track results against annual goals, and drive client satisfaction

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, PR/Advertising, Communications, Journalism or Liberal Art
- 8+ years of public relations experience (agency experience is preferred)
- Report into one of our office locations (Boston, Portland, or San Jose)
- Experiencemanagingmultiple B2B accounts including developingand executingPR plans
- Superior writing and verbal communication skills
- People management experience
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Adept with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
