Job description

Hocker Polytechnik Inc. is looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician to support our customers across North America and Canada. Main focus will be on startup and service our filtration and dust handling systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Startup and maintain dust-extraction systems and related equipment at customer sites
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or control-system (Siemens PLC) issues and perform repairs
  • Provide remote and on-site customer support, including spare parts guidance
  • Educate customers on proper equipment operation and basic troubleshooting techniques
  • Maintain accurate service reports
  • willingness to travel (90%) and working overtime (paid)
