We are seeking a Title Insurance Analyst to join our team! Ideally, looking for an individual to work 20-30 hours per week, but would consider a candidate for a full time position. We are a small, fun office that excels in providing great customer service and excellent work product.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate paperwork and draft documents for Real Estate closings
- Communicate with clients and customers regarding Real Estate transactions
- Resolve client inquiries and turn complaints into compliments
- Expand business reach through existing contacts
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Title Insurance or Real Estate Conveyancing or Mortgage Processing
- Ability to build rapport with clients and good telephone skills
- Ability to work well with Co-Workers in small office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- DEPENDABLE !!!
