Job description

Immediate opportunity for a trustworthy, experienced Senior Pool Technician to join our growing team! This is a full-time position with competitive pay and healthcare compensation. Pay is based on experience and we offer advancement opportunities for reliable, high-performing technicians with strong technical and interpersonal skills.ย 
We provide ongoing cleaning, maintenance and minor repair services to residential customers in North Dallas, Park Cities and Plano. Pool Scouts' mantra is "Perfect Pools, Scout's Honor," which we deliver by providing exceptional customer experience to a strong and growing client base.ย  ย 
Full time position, Monday-Friday day shift

What Our Technicians Do
  • Treat each service visit with customer satisfaction in mind
  • Perform on-site pool maintenance and one-time servicesย 
  • Maintain equipment and chemical stock levels in company vehicle
  • Update customer pool records, report any pool issues to management
  • Test water chemistry and add chemicals as needed
  • Vacuum, skim, brush pools and empty pool baskets
  • Backwash filters, check pool equipmentย 
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Solid knowledge of chemical readings and pool water balancing
  • Experience with a variety of pool services such as filter cleans, green-to-cleans, other one-time pool services
  • Customer service mindset: confident, professional, friendlyย 
  • Hard-working with a positive attitude and initiative
  • Reliable to work according to schedule, based on mutual respect amongst the team
  • Some heavy lifting (could be 50+ lbs)
  • Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical workย 
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
  • Clean background check
  • Minimum 1-year previous professional experience in pool industry. If you lack this experience level, we also hire entry level - please see our posts for pool cleaners with paid, on-the-job training provided.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
