The Bilingual Customer Service Specialist plays a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues primarily in French and English. This role involves frequent communication via phone and email, requiring strong language skills and a customer-focused approach within our Customer Service Team. The specialist reports directly to the Team Lead and operates during standard business hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely customer support through phone and email communication
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain accurate data entry related to customer interactions and orders
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Manage order fulfillment processes and follow up on order status
- Collaborate with team members and report progress to the Team Lead
Required Qualifications
- Fluent bilingual communication skills in French and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
Type: Permanent, Full Time (5 days On Site)
Salary: CA$58,000.00 - CA$62,000.00 per year
