Contract Sales Manager Job DescriptionThe Contract Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing a team of sales representatives who sell contracts for the company's products and services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the team
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives
- Track and analyze sales performance
- Meet with customers to discuss their needs and sell contracts
- Resolve customer complaints and issues
- Maintain relationships with key accounts
Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
