Position: Maintenance Technician 

Location: Hunt Valley, MD

Pay: $24/hour

Experience:

1. 1 year of maintenance experience required.
2. Apartment or multi-family experience is preferred.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Hire 

Schedule: 1st Shift

HireOne Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!   

Job Description:  

1. Handle troubleshooting HVAC systems and fixing electrical systems.
2. Assist with repairing plumbing and appliances.
3. Perform unit turnover and prepare vacant apartments.
4. Maintain safety and quality standards.

Position Requirements:

1. Strong electrical and HVAC basics.
2. Ability to work independently.
3. CFC Certification is preferred.
