As a Recruiter at Nxt Level, you'll become a talent advisor, salesperson, researcher, coach, and advocate.
You'll:
- Hunt for exceptional candidates who aren't actively looking for a new job
- Build relationships with people and understand what they actually want from their careers
- Help candidates think bigger about what's possible for their future
- Learn our clients' businesses, teams, cultures, and hiring needs
- Identify and engage people who could become transformational hires
- Conduct candidate screens and evaluate skills, motivations, and career goals
- Advocate for candidates throughout the interview process
- Prepare candidates to succeed in interviews and important career conversations
- Navigate objections, rejection, setbacks, and changing priorities
- Build a pipeline every day instead of waiting for opportunities to come to you
- Compete to create results for our clients, candidates, team, and yourself
