Facilities Technician – Keep Things Running, Get Things Done

We're looking for a hands-on problem-solver who takes pride in keeping things working. If you're the kind of person who spots a fix before it becomes a problem and gets genuine satisfaction from a job well done - this role is for you.

You'll be the go-to person across multiple sites, handling everything from a leaky faucet to an HVAC hiccup to a lock that just won't cooperate. No two days look the same, and that's exactly the point.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and fix issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry — you're the Swiss Army knife of facilities
• Stay ahead of problems with preventative maintenance routines that keep equipment running longer
• Handle light electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting) and basic plumbing (leaks, drains, fixtures)
• Install and repair locks, door hardware, and related systems
• Read blueprints and building schematics to get the job done right
• Keep clean, accurate records in the work order system — because great work deserves documentation
• Travel between sites as needed and always work with safety front of mind

What You Bring

• Real-world experience across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
• Comfort with tools of all kinds — power tools, ladders, diagnostic equipment
• A safety-first mindset with solid working knowledge of OSHA standards
• The ability to read a blueprint and a room — you communicate well and work even better with a team
• Self-starter energy — you manage your time, prioritize well, and don't need hand-holding
• Basic computer skills to log work orders and maintenance notes
• Valid driver's license if your role involves traveling between sites
