• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.

• Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and supplies.

• Ensure food is stored, handled, and cooked safely (following health code guidelines).

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including grill, fryers, prep areas, and refrigeration.

• Work efficiently during peak service hours while maintaining consistency.

• Assist with inventory, food prep, and kitchen cleanliness.

• Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth operations.

• Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a commercial kitchen (preferred but willing to train the right candidate).

• Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe certification a plus).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Must have weekend availability (Friday–Sunday).

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work near heat/steam.
