Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Hilltop View Advocate Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique mental health concerns.
• Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing solution-based interventions that reflect best practices.
• Administering therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet client needs and preferences.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the quality of services offered.
• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Staying updated on current research and developments in the mental health field and integrating this knowledge into clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience focusing on psychotherapy services.
• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for meaningful connections with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
