Lead by Example.Hill Top Craftsmen is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who takes pride in producing exceptional work while leading a crew in the field. If you're an accomplished carpenter with strong framing experience, whether it's commercial or residential, and enjoy mentoring others while staying hands-on, we'd love to meet you.This isn't a management role where you spend the day behind a desk. You'll work alongside your crew, oversee daily construction activities, and help ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect.
