We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Liquor Store Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will handle daily point-of-sale (POS) transactions, assist customers with product selection, manage inventory, and ensure the store remains clean, organized, and fully stocked.

• Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers, answer product inquiries, offer recommendations, and deliver a friendly shopping experience.
• Register Operations: Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using the POS system. Verify legal drinking age by checking valid government-issued photo IDs for all alcohol sales in strict compliance with local and state laws.
• Inventory & Stocking: Unload shipments, stock shelves, organize cooler displays, and rotate inventory (FIFO) to ensure freshness. Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or missing items to management.
• Store Maintenance & Cleaning: Keep the sales floor, counter areas, coolers, and stockroom clean, organized, and clutter-free. Sweep, mop, dust shelves, remove trash, and clean glass doors regularly.
• Loss Prevention & Safety: Maintain active awareness of the sales floor to minimize theft and product damage. Follow all store safety protocols regarding heavy lifting and safe glass handling.
