European Wax Center - Lutz, FL 33559
$12-15 an hour - Part-time, Commission
Join our new team at European Wax Center in Lutz or Tampa - Highwoods Preserve!
We are hiring Guest Service Associates. We are open 7 days a week and offer day
and evening shifts.
Who we are: At European Wax Center, we believe that revealing beautiful skin
is the first step to revealing your best self. We value genuine relationships
and embrace a relentless commitment to excellence, allowing us and our
associates to deliver the ultimate guest experience.
You will be part of an enthusiastic and outgoing team that is revolutionizing the
beauty industry by providing upscale waxing services at an affordable price. We offer incentives such as introductory pricing, savings
packages, and in-home care products to encourage loyal guests.
Do you love beauty, fashion, and the salon industry? Are you passionate about
providing excellent customer service and making retail recommendations? If so, we
have the job for you!
We are looking for new team members who want to grow with us. You will help
cultivate our guests' experience by:
  • Delivering exemplary first-class customer service that consistently exceeds expectations through answering phones, identifying guest needs, efficiently setting appointments, and politely checking guests in/out.
  • The Guest Service Associate will promote and sell Wax Pass Packages and retail products to guests.
  • The Guest Associate will possess a consistent, outgoing, cheerful, energetic, positive, proactive, upbeat, and personable personality.
  • High level of comfort using computers and a cash register, with the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively.
  • Always maintain a professional appearance.
  • Maintain a professional and clean environment for guests and staff.
  • Ability to work flexible day/night/weekend and holiday hours.
  • Ability to self-motivate
  • Various duties as assigned by Management.
