Highway 62 Self Storage

Highway 62 Self Storage is seeking a dependable, professional, and organized individual to manage the front off of our storage facility in Newcastle, OK. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, be comfortable working independently, and have experience with general office procedures, bookkeeping and computer based systems.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, renting storage units, processing payments, maintaining accurate customer records, handling basic account questions, preparing and maintaining office paperwork, and performing general bookkeeping and administrative duties. Applicants should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. Experience with self-storage management software is preferred but not required, as training can be provided.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, professional in appearance and communication, and able to manage day-to-day office responsibilities with minimal supervision.
