Job Summary:

As an Activities Life Enhancement Specialist, you'll play a vital role in implementing an engaging social program for residents in assisted living and memory care. You'll support small and large group activities, events, and daily opportunities to learn, move, and connect. Your enthusiasm and creativity will help make activities inclusive and fun, promoting wellness through movement, mindfulness, and creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate purposeful activities and encourage participation
• Coordinate calendars, supplies, and community spaces
• Document attendance and gather resident feedback
• Promote wellness through movement, mindfulness, and creativity
• Support outings, celebrations, and intergenerational events

Requirements:

• Confidence engaging with seniors one-on-one and in groups
• Creativity to make activities inclusive and fun
• Clear communication; social media comfort a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Team player with positive energy and follow-through

Relatable experience:

• Activities, recreation, events, or hospitality
• Volunteer or paid roles serving seniors or vulnerable populations
• Customer service roles with multitasking and documentation

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age
• 1+ year in customer service, events, or leading groups
• Current negative TB test; background check clearance
• Valid driver's license with qualifying abstract
