Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and safety-driven Auto Glass Installer Technician to support mobile and in-shop vehicle glass installations. This role is responsible for accurate removal, installation, and calibration of automotive glass while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove and install automotive glass including windshields, side windows, back glass, and sunroofs
• Perform ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibration when required following windshield replacement
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and verify correct parts prior to installation
• Utilize proper tools, adhesives, and installation techniques to ensure safe and secure fitment
• Follow OEM specifications and company standards for all installations
• Provide mobile service at customer locations while maintaining professionalism and clear communication
• Complete work orders, documentation, and photo verification accurately and in a timely manner
• Manage inventory on service vehicles and ensure proper handling of glass materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, including PPE usage and safe driving practices

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3+ years of experience in auto glass installation or related automotive field
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to follow detailed installation procedures and safety standards
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver automotive glass (50+ lbs) and work in various positions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Preferred

• Experience with ADAS calibration (static and/or dynamic)
• Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC) certification or equivalent
• Knowledge of OEM installation standards and urethane curing processes
• Prior mobile service experience and customer-facing role
