MULTI-FAMILY DOOR, TRIM & HARDWARE INSTALLER

High Tide Construction LLC is seeking experienced and dependable Door, Trim, and Hardware Installers for multi-family apartment projects throughout Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Install interior and exterior doors, frames, and hardware.
• Install baseboard, casing, and other finish trim.
• Install bath accessories, closet shelving, mirrors, and miscellaneous finish carpentry items.
• Ensure quality workmanship while maintaining production schedules.
• Identify and correct punch-list items.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Work independently and as part of a crew.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of finish carpentry experience preferred.
• Experience in multi-family apartment construction is a plus.
• Ability to install doors, trim, and hardware efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on active construction sites.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
