Overview
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Adult / Orthopedic
One-on-One Care | Collaborative Team | High Pointe Therapy
High Pointe Therapy is a clinician-led outpatient practice where quality care comes first. We believe patients deserve time, attention, and individualized treatment, and clinicians deserve a supportive environment where they can do meaningful work and continue to grow.
We're seeking an Adult/Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant who takes pride in hands-on care, patient connection, and being a valued part of a collaborative clinical team.
Why High Pointe Therapy
  • Patient-First Model
Our care is personalized and relationship-driven, not volume-driven. You'll work in an environment that values quality over quotas.
  • Supportive, Team-Based Culture
PTAs are respected, supported, and treated as essential members of the care team. Collaboration is encouraged and lived daily.
  • Modern, Well-Equipped Clinic
A professional setting designed to support effective orthopedic rehab and patient outcomes.
  • Opportunities to Grow
Exposure to a broad adult orthopedic caseload and support for continued learning and skill development.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation with incentive opportunities.
  • PTO and paid holidays.
  • Health, dental, vision, disability insurance, and 401(k).
  • Mentorship, clinical education, and growth opportunities.
  • A workplace culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and clinical integrity.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Deliver orthopedic treatment interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Provide hands-on care with a focus on movement, strength, and return to function.
  • Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
  • Document care efficiently and communicate clearly with supervising PTs.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment.

Qualifications
Who You Are
  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligible) in the state of TN.
  • Experience or strong interest in adult orthopedic rehabilitation.
  • Patient-focused, dependable, and team-oriented.
  • Comfortable building rapport and motivating patients through recovery.
  • Eager to grow clinically and contribute to a supportive workplace.
