ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do- Deliver orthopedic treatment interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on care with a focus on movement, strength, and return to function.
- Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
- Document care efficiently and communicate clearly with supervising PTs.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic environment.
QualificationsWho You Are- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (or eligible) in the state of TN.
- Experience or strong interest in adult orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Patient-focused, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable building rapport and motivating patients through recovery.
- Eager to grow clinically and contribute to a supportive workplace.
