Position: Lead Residential HVAC Installer

Location: American Fork, UT

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-time, year round

How the pay works

  • Hourly base up to $35.00 per hour depending on experience

  • Piece rate on top of that for every install you complete

  • In busy season the piece rate consistently beats the hourly base. Installers land around $40.00 per hour, and $50.00 per hour is within reach for efficient installers who complete more installs per pay period

  • Work is year round. We keep our install crew busy through the shoulder seasons instead of laying people off

At Your Service Pros is a family-owned HVAC company serving the Salt Lake and Utah County areas. As a proud member of the Nexstar Network, we emphasize world-class service, continuous training, and doing what is right for our customers and our team. We are hiring an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to deliver high-quality residential and light-commercial installations.

What You will Do

  • Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits

  • Use MeasureQuick diagnostic tools to verify system efficiency and performance

  • Follow company procedures and local building codes on every installation

  • Coordinate with team members and dispatch to keep jobs on schedule

  • Educate customers on system operation and maintenance

  • Maintain professional, clean job sites and well-stocked company vehicles

  • Participate in ongoing technical training through Nexstar and internal programs

What You will Need

  • 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience

  • EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal)

  • Valid driver license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in confined spaces

  • Proficiency with MeasureQuick tools, or a willingness to learn

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
