What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Grill Cook, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy the high-quality, flavorful meals they’ve come to expect from Hibachi in a Box. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking hibachi-style dishes to perfection, following our recipes and standards. - Maintaining a clean and organized grill station to ensure food safety and efficiency. - Managing food prep and inventory to minimize waste and maximize freshness. - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations, even during busy shifts. - Handling late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a positive and professional attitude.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience as a grill cook or in a similar role. - The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time. - A strong work ethic and the flexibility to work late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed. - A passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality food. - Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
