Own how families find Aristotle. Run our paid acquisition engine and build the content machine that feeds it.

The Role

Parents across the US love Aristotle, and we're expanding. We need someone to own the entire top of funnel, from the first ad a parent sees to the moment they book a call. You'll manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google Search, Reddit, and X, and own our content strategy, including short-form video that speaks to parents and teens.

What you'll do

• Own performance marketing end to end: creative, campaign structure, budgets, attribution, and CAC across Meta, Google paid search, Reddit, X, and new channels as they earn their spend.
• Build and run our short-form video content engine. Make it yourself, direct creators, or grow our Content Fellowship into a consistent pipeline.
• Ship and iterate landing pages and funnel experiments with our engineering team. We route visitors dynamically by ad and instrument everything.
• Set the testing cadence: what we launch, what we kill, and why, grounded in the numbers, not vibes.
• Turn what parents and students tell us into sharper positioning and creative.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years running paid acquisition at a consumer brand, with direct budget ownership and results you can walk us through.
• Hands-on with short-form video: you've made it, or hired and directed the people who do.
• Fluent in the full stack: pixels, conversion APIs, attribution, and landing page CRO, not just the ads manager.
• Strong creative instincts paired with analytical rigor.
• Comfortable being the entire marketing function at a small in-person team in San Francisco.

Someone who has scaled a consumer product with paid media, treats creative as the biggest lever in performance marketing, and wants to own a channel-to-conversion machine end to end rather than one slice of a big team's funnel. The goal is simple: identify what moves revenue, prioritize it, and execute fast.
