  • Create and submit Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and update harness prints and schematics using Creo and Windchill
  • Act as the internal technical resource for Procurement, answering supplier-related harness drawing questions and clarifying technical specifications
  • Design simple wire harnesses and update low-voltage or high-voltage harness routing documentation as required
  • Assist with electrical troubleshooting and integration during vehicle commissioning
  • Update and maintain clear work instructions for building, routing, and reworking harnesses in production
  • Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure proper tooling and processes are supported

Education and Experience

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing, automotive, or engineering support environments
  • Electrical Engineering Technology diploma, degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • Working familiarity with CAD and PLM software packages, specifically Creo, Windchill, or Creo Schematics (preferred)

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
  • Excellent technical documentation and configuration management skills
  • Collaborative communicator capable of bridging engineering intent with production realities
