We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join our team of seasoned, professional property managers and Realtors. Our firm has been locally owned and operated since 2015. We specialize in mid-range to executive level properties around the Knoxville area. This role is responsible for directly leasing/managing single-family residential properties, as well as assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions. As a successful Property Manager, your goals are to maintain high occupancy rates, maximize profitability, monitor required maintenance and ensure a high level of satisfaction for both the property owner and tenant. As a successful sales agent, your goals are to guide buyers and sellers to the closing table from Start to Finish! Compensation is commissions based with leads provided by the company.
