Line Cook / Rounds Cook
The Heritage Club – Mason, Ohio
Full-Time | Starting at $20+/hour (Based on Experience)

The Heritage Club is seeking a dependable, energetic Line Cook/Rounds Cook to join our culinary team. We pride ourselves on serving high-quality food in a professional, team-oriented environment where employees are respected and have opportunities to grow.

Schedule:
- Primarily afternoon/evening shifts
- 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Occasional daytime shifts
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Full-Time.
- Flexible scheduling when possible.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $20+/hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do:
As part of our culinary team, you'll be trained in all areas of the kitchen and will assist with preparing and serving exceptional meals for our members and guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare salads, sandwiches, and cold menu items.
- Assist with banquet and special event food preparation.
- Prepare dressings, sauces, and mise en place.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards.
- Rotate and properly store food using FIFO methods.
- Monitor product levels and communicate shortages.
- Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties.
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
- Support fellow cooks during service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
What We're Looking For:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Passion for preparing quality food.
- Ability to follow recipes and standards consistently.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, reach, lift, push, and pull.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
