Job description

Description:

Hennepin Arts is one of the Midwest's premier cultural organizations, bringing together world-class performances, arts education, community engagement, and historic preservation to enrich Minnesota's cultural landscape. The President / CEO role is a rare opportunity to lead a cultural institution at a transformational moment. Having recently secured ownership of its historic theater portfolio, Hennepin Arts is uniquely positioned to shape the future of the Historic Hennepin Theatre District while expanding its impact across Minnesota through performance, education, and community engagement.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President / CEO will serve as the organization's chief executive, strategist, and ambassador. The successful candidate will work closely with board members, civic leaders, donors, artists, and community partners to advance the organization's vision, strengthen its long-term sustainability, support downtown revitalization, and expand opportunities for audiences and communities across Minnesota.
