     We’re looking for an engineer who enjoys collaborating across departments, solving complex challenges, and driving continuous improvement in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This position encompasses responsibility for manufacturing support on the shop floor, production methods and standards, product design, research and development, preparing cad files, and special cost estimates.

    What You’ll Do

    • Improve and optimize production and tooling methods
    • Develop processes for new products and manufacturing techniques
    • Design custom fixturing, tooling, and equipment
    • Support Sales with technical quotations
    • Oversee manufacturing processes and troubleshoot on the shop floor
    • Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
    • 1–2 years of manufacturing/engineering experience
    • AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

    Bonus Points For

    • CNC & G-code programming
    • Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (Black Belt a plus)
    • Knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining, stamping, SPC
    • OSHA familiarity
