What You’ll Do

As a Recovery Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their quality of life.
- Supporting individuals with daily living activities and fostering independence.
- Promoting community integration and encouraging self-advocacy.
- Collaborating with clients, families, and team members to provide quality care and services.
- Monitoring progress and ensuring services align with the client’s goals and needs.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as mental health services or community support.
- A strong sense of empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
