Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, families, and outpatient providers, ensuring a cohesive approach to treatment.
• Engage with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification and manage utilization, ensuring that clients receive the appropriate care.
• Contribute to discharge planning and aftercare strategies that promote successful transitions for clients post-treatment.
• Provide therapeutic meal support, helping clients to foster a healthy relationship with food through practical modeling and guidance.
• Deliver compassionate, safe, and affirming care that respects each client's unique circumstances and identities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of California is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, reflecting the level of expertise and dedication required in this role.
