Job description

Our client, Beveridge & Diamond, a nationally recognized environmental law firm, is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead employee relations, compliance, and total rewards while managing a small, high‑impact team. This is a visible, strategic role that partners closely with firm leadership to shape the employee experience and strengthen HR operations across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Partner with firm leadership on employee relations and people strategy
  • Lead and develop the HR team while enhancing core HR processes
  • Drive compliance, policy management, and risk mitigation efforts
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and annual planning cycles

What you bring:

  • 8+ years of HR experience across employee relations, compliance, and compensation
  • Strong leadership capability and sound judgment
  • Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
