Description:

We are seeking a friendly and reliable cashier to join our Helfman Ford Team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by accurately processing customer transactions at Helfman Ford. This role involves handling cash, credit cards, and check transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting customers with billing inquiries in a fast-paced automotive service environment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail.
  • Manage and reconcile cash drawer: at the end of the shift
  • Assist with stocking and cleaning: as needed to maintain an tidy work area.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, dealership software).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous cashier, customer service, or retail experience preferred.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
