Job description

What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of our dining team, you’ll play an important role in delivering a warm, welcoming, and high-quality dining experience to our residents. This is a non-tipped position with competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. Great role for students or retired folks to make an impact on people, while also making an extra income.

Shifts that are available: Weekdays 4:45pm - 7:30pm , Weekends 7:45am-10am , 11:45am-2pm , 4:45pm-7:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents and guests with a smile and provide attentive, friendly service.

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.

  • Serve meals in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.

  • Ensure dining areas are clean, properly set, and stocked before and after service.

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of dining service, including special events.

  • Communicate resident concerns or feedback to supervisors promptly.

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly, reliable team player with a heart for service.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

  • Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred but not required—we provide training!

  • Must be at least 16 years old.
