What you will do

• Fabricate and install structural steel on residential job sites throughout Greater Atlanta
• Read and work from structural plans and specifications
• Weld to code on load-bearing applications where precision is non-negotiable
• Work alongside excavation crew members on active basement conversion projects
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and flag anything that does not look right

What you will earn

$18 to $24 per hour

Where you land in that range depends on your certification, experience, and what you bring on day one. There is room to grow as you grow with the team.
