We’re currently seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Maintenance Technician to help keep our hotel running smoothly and looking its best. If you're hands-on, take pride in your work, and enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment, we’d love to meet you.

Afternoon & Evening Availability Required: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Sunday (part time)

What You'll Do:

• Perform general maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance per property standards
• Assist with renovations and new construction projects
• Complete equipment inspections, logs, and walk-throughs
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces and tools
• Work efficiently within set deadlines and alongside multiple departments
• Follow all safety policies and participate in monthly safety meetings

What We're Looking For:

• 2–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Familiarity (or willingness to learn) with electrical, HVAC, flooring, painting, and troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Ability to lift over 75 lbs and perform physical tasks consistently
• Flexible schedule and dependable work ethic
