Behavior Consultant - LBS

We are currently seeking a passionate Behavior Consultant - LBS to join our clinical team.

Job Duties

• Complete behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)

• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans

• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, caregivers and other professionals

• Provide clinical oversight and consultation for behavioral interventions

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed

• Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

• Support families by providing education and training related to behavior intervention strategies

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential in Pennsylvania

• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Hourly Pay Rate: $60

Benefits: 15 days PTO accrued

Caseload expectations are 7-10 cases depending on client needs with average billable hours between 24-30 per week. This position is full-time, and caseload hours may vary.
