Heartbeat Studio

We are seeking passionate and upbeat Pilates Instructors to join our new boutique Pilates studio, Heartbeat Studio. We offer reformer, chair, mat and heated mat classes. In this role, you will lead engaging Pilates classes and provide personalized instruction that promotes strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Your expertise will inspire members to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring a safe, motivating, and enjoyable environment. Responsibilities

• Lead group Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants
• Lead private, personalized Pilates classes to individuals wanting additional instruction
• Educate clients on body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology to enhance their understanding of movement principles
• Monitor participants during exercises, providing corrections and modifications as needed to prevent injury and optimize results
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment and ensure all equipment is used safely and properly
• Stay current with the latest trends in fitness training, Pilates techniques, and health sciences to continually improve instruction quality

Experience

• Teaching experience in Pilates or related group fitness disciplines
• Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for effective program design
• Familiarity with fitness class or gym environments and standards for safety and client engagement
• Ability to communicate complex movement concepts clearly and motivate diverse groups of participants
• Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization is highly desirable; relevant certifications in fitness or sports coaching are a plus
• Prior experience working with clients of varying ages, abilities, and health conditions is advantageous

Pay: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour
