Work Environment

The Dermatology Physician Assistant will work onsite in a clinical surgical center that operates in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Team collaboration is essential, involving frequent communication with clients, medical staff, and management. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical treatment for dermatological conditions while adhering to the scope of practice defined by the supervising physician.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and thoroughly in compliance with our policy standards. Prepare and submit progress notes for review by the supervising physician.
• Foster effective communication with medical staff and collaborate to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
• Assist management in the identification and resolution of work-related issues while promoting a collaborative working environment.
• Evaluate current clinical practices and propose improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficacy.
• Support clinical staff in understanding and implementing company policies while maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure quality assurance measures are met in all medical procedures conducted.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain active affiliations with relevant professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this full-time position is competitively set between USD 95,000 and 120,000 per year, commensurate with the applicant's experience and qualifications.
